Marketing your home is an important step in selling it. Our marketing uses many concepts to insure the greatest chance of finding a buyer to accomplish maximum exposure for your home. Your home will be uploaded into various sites: the NWMLS (a massive database that all agents and people can access in the state of Washington), the Tour Factory - a virtual tour company (a powerful site designed for its visual presentation utilized nationally), and the Keller Williams National site (a site used by agents that network within Keller Williams nationwide). All of these sites are uploaded by various Real Estate companies and shared nationwide. We also encourage a more direct approach through conversation, canvassing, e-mails, signage, printed flyers, internet flyers, mailings and conducting open houses.
